Despatch and Delivery

Despatch is currently Monday and Friday where possible, although we ask for your patience as Beth is working alone currently. Cut off 9am on Mondays and Fridays for same day despatch.

Orders >£45 have FREE Standard UK delivery (1-4 days).

 

 

No amendments can be made after an order is placed except in exceptional circumstances.

You can request discreet packaging here.

If you live in North Wales, you may wish to select 'Pick-up' at checkout and collect from Holyhead or Llangefni by appointment only, Mon-Fri during school hours.

 

International Delivery 

Europe
We offer Tracked and Signed delivery to Europe for £14.75 for any order up to 2kg. If your order is over 2kg, we will send you a separate invoice for additional postage charges.

 

Since the UK is no longer part of the EU, you may have to pay import charges including duty, VAT and an admin fee. 
Even if no charges should be payable, you may still be charged tax and duty as our experience is that couriers often ignore our advice on commodity codes.

These charges will be applied by your country and we have no control over them.

If you need to know the cost of these in advance, you should check with your government for guidance. Unpaid import charges will cause your parcel to be returned, incurring further costs to us by the courier. 

International returns will be eligible for a refund less your postage cost, and any further return postage costs charged to us.
